Log into your account or visit our returns portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Secure Packaging
Place the watch in its original presentation box with all certificates, manuals, and protective films intact, then secure it within a padded shipping carton.
Affix Prepaid Label
Print the complimentary insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to the exterior of your package to ensure safe transit back to our boutique.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the timepiece's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
